If you are not satisfied with the fit please send photos to us to right the wrong. We rush out a remake. If you are completely unhappy we do offer refunds.

we will refund you the amount and update your information to reflect the new measurements making ordering new garments super easy.
If your product is not able to be altered we will remake it for you. If this is an online order contact us at

and we can discuss remaking it for you or refunding your money, whichever you prefer within 30 days of you receiving the product. Before we offer a refund or remake we will need you to send us pictures of you in your suit to show us what needs to be fixed. We also need updated measurements. However, if you have gained or lost weight from the time of measurements to when the product arrived, we cannot offer a remake, alterations credit or refund due to large changes.
We do not offer remakes or refunds for customization changes unless a mistake was made by us, or for products that can be altered by a local tailor. If your product's fabric is no longer available we will ask you to choose an alternate. Once the remake or refund has been approved we ask that you send back the original product before we offer a refund or ship the new product.
If you are an international customer returning the product please state that it's 'returned clothing' with a $1 value on the shipping form to expedite the process.
You do not like a customization choice that you made or a fabric you chose, we cannot cover refunds and have never had this happen. If a garment fits properly but is not something you prefer, we need to know at the initial appointment. Please bring it to our attention at that time. We make everything to a standard we have set through years of experience and research on a properly fitting garment.
If the garments are late for a special event that we have not been made aware of, we cannot offer a refund. Please let us know if there is a need-by date, a rush order may be charged under 3 months from the event to ensure we have it on time with alterations or a remake if needed.
If the order has been placed and you would like to cancel before the garments arrive, a fee of up to 50% may be charged.
If your event was cancelled for any reason and you are not in need of the garments, we cannot offer refunds once the order is placed.
Once you wear the garments we cannot offer refunds other than for a defect in the garment itself up to 30 days from the initial fitting or shipment arrival date.
Our Capsule packages take longer to complete. We order a dress shirt and suit on a 7-day rush (at our cost) to ensure the measurements are correct and to your satisfaction, before we order the rest of the first package. Once your measurements are confirmed we bring in the rest of the package. Please allow an extra 2-3 weeks when ordering the full or step 1 of the 'Wake Up & Go' or capsule package if you need it immediately.
All rules above still apply based on refunds, alterations and remakes. Please note that the images of the garments and the actual finished product may vary slightly or be swapped out without warning. If a swap does occur, it will always be of the same quality, or better, never less. Some patterns, fabrics, customizations, cuts and styles may be different as we customize everything based on your measurements. For example, if you have broad shoulders, we will not give you a narrow lapel since that will not fit your frame.
Cardero Clothing works very hard to make sure our clients are happy with their high-quality garments in fit, fabric and customizations. We want to hear from you if you have any concerns and work hard to ensure that everything is right the first time. Unfortunately, miscommunication and measurement misses can happen. We are constantly refining our process to minimize both issues and do our best to resolve all issues quickly with you if they do come up.
