When can I expect my garments to arrive?

Our custom suits and dress shirts can take 5-6 weeks to arrive because they are cut and made to your measurements. Not pulled off a rack and packaged up.

How long have you been in business?

Cardero Clothing has been in business since 2016 selling locally and online to clients around the world.

How much for shipping?

Shipping is free to the US & Canada unless specified otherwise.

Where are the garments made?

All of our finished products are created in Thailand. The fabric itself is made in various locations from Italy, to Australia, to India, to Ireland, to Thailand, to Tasmania.

What happens if there is a flaw in the fabric?

We have an amazing quality control team, however, there has been a rare occurrence of a pull we missed. If that's the case, send us a photo to [email protected] and if approved we will have it sent back at our cost and we will ship you a new garment on a rush so you don't have to wait the 4-6 weeks.

What happens if it doesn't fit?

We have a fitting form for you to fill out when the garments arrive. Send comments, take pictures and submit the form for our review within 24 hours. We will asses what needs to be altered or if a remake is needed. We cover the cost of both.

Are you off-the-rack (OTR), made-to-measure (MTM) or bespoke?

Off-the-rack suits are your standard department store where you will be a 42L or 48R, we are not that. Consider us more bespoke. We cut the fabric to your measurements. True Bespoke is thousands of dollars more with a longer process and even more measurements. With us covering alterations and remakes, it is our way of aiming to be more of the bespoke side and a much lower cost.

Do you ship internationally?

We do and many are free shipping for our suits, but confirm with us on the location and product you are interested in before placing an order.

How does the capsule wardrobe work?

The aim of the capsule wardrobe is to help you build your wardrobe one step at a time. If you are starting from scratch, start with step 1. If you have the basics but want to fill in the gaps, step 2, 3 and/or 4 would be best. See our capsule page and corresponding blog post to learn what fabric is in each step.
